A deposit is required to confirm all workshop bookings or custom fabrication projects. Deposits are non-refundable once work or material ordering has begun.Intellectual Property

We aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase or service. If something isn’t right, please contact us within 7 days so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Products
Returns are accepted for faulty or defective products in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, custom orders, or made-to-specification products.
If a replacement or repair is not possible, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
Custom Fabrication & Workshop Services
Deposits for custom builds, installations, or workshop bookings are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has commenced.
If you need to reschedule a booking, please provide at least 7 days’ notice.
No-shows or late cancellations may incur a fee to cover time and preparation.
Faults & Warranty Claims
If you experience an issue with a product or installation, please contact us with your order or job details. We’ll assess the situation and work with the manufacturer or supplier to provide a resolution under warranty where applicable.
