FAQs

  • Yes — all our trays, canopies, modules and internals are proudly designed and built right here in Australia. Every major component, including the aluminium fabrication, is made in-house at our Coopers Plains workshop. We do source some smaller hardware items, such as locks and latches, from trusted international suppliers, but all fabrication and assembly are 100% Australian.

  • All our trays, canopies, and modules are built to order — designed and fabricated in-house for each customer’s vehicle and needs. We also keep a range of our own in-house–made internal fit-outs and accessories pre-fabricated and ready in stock for customers wanting fast upgrades to existing setups. These will be available through our online shop, launching soon.

  • Lead times can vary depending on the type of build and our current schedule. As a general guide, most tray, canopy, and module builds are completed within several weeks, with all orders handed over within two months of booking. Smaller jobs or stocked internal fit-outs can often be supplied much faster. Our team will confirm timeframes when you book in, and we’ll keep you updated through every stage of your build.

  • We use high-quality aluminium for all our builds — the majority is 3mm 5005 grade, with some components in 4mm and 6mm for added strength where needed. We never go thinner than 3mm. All aluminium is proudly supplied by Capral Aluminium, ensuring consistent quality and durability across every build.

  • Yes — all our trays, canopies, and service modules are custom-built to order, so we can tailor sizing and layout to suit your vehicle and requirements. Whether you need extra length, specific tool storage, or a particular design feature, our team will work with you to get the fit and functionality just right.

  • Yes — all our trays, canopies, and service modules come with a 24-month workmanship warranty on a back-to-workshop basis. This covers fabrication and assembly faults that occur under normal use. We stand behind every build, so if an issue arises due to a manufacturing fault, we’ll repair or replace the affected part as needed. Normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse isn’t covered, but we’re always happy to help with advice or repairs if something happens down the track.
